Two-step verification

You can access the teams page from the homepage by clicking on your avatar in the bottom left of the sidebar menu then on Security in the sidebar menu.

Enable two-factor authentication

The two-factor authentication highly increases the security of your account. Event if somebody guesses or steals your password, he/she will need your two-factor token to gain access to your account.
We encourage you to enable the two-factor authentication.

1. Click on your avatar in the bottom left of the sidebar menu
2. Choose Security into the sidebar menu
3. Click on Enable in the two-factor authentication section
4. Scan the QrCode with a two-factor application like Authy, 1Password, etc.
5. To enable the two-factor authentication, you have to enter the 6-digits code given by the application and click on Confirm
6. Download the recovery codes and keep them in a safe place

Disable two-factor authentication

1. Click on your avatar in the bottom left of the sidebar menu
2. Choose Security into the sidebar menu
3. Click on Disable in the two-factor authentication section

What is recovery codes?

Recovery codes is used when you don't have access or lose the access of your two-factor authentication token.
Be sure to keep them in a safe place!

Generate new recovery codes

1. Click on your avatar in the bottom left of the sidebar menu
2. Choose Security into the sidebar menu
3. Click on Show recovery codes in the two-factor authentication section
4. Click on Generate new recovery codes
5. Click on Download recovery codes and keep them in a safe place
