# Members management

Administrators can access the members management in Team > Dashboard > Members.

# Add new member

  1. Click Manage button on top right
  2. Select a user in the dropdown
  3. Allocate a role for the new member
  4. Click Update members button

# Different roles

  • Member can access to all the inventories/listings and add/edit records.
  • Administrator has the same permission as Member and can also access to the dashboard and audit trail of the team.
  • Ex-Member has no access anymore to the system. All actions he/she made into StockInLab remained visible for the other users.

# Change member role

  1. Click Change Role button on the right of the member
  2. Update the role
